Lee Fish
Lee's company, Fish Food, launched its first store in Livingston in September 2005. This new store at the prestigious Gyle Shopping Centre marks their fifth store and was opened on Thursday 11th May 2006. This is the fifth of six outlets in the planning for Fish Food, which now employs over 50 full and part time staff in Scotland and won the prestigious “New Store of the Year” Award for 2005.

In addition to traditional sit in, the outlet also provides a takeaway service where orders can either be made up when you drop-in or can be phoned-in in advance and made up ready for speedy collection.

Fish Food also operates a comprehensive office and outside catering service in Livingston which they will be expanding into Edinburgh soon. This provides a wide variety of platter options to serve the thousands of business in the area, as well as private occasions, catering for five people upwards.

Free refrigerated delivery will take the outside catering to the heart of the community.
New from O’Briens is the remote coffee cart. This is a stand-alone unit bringing O’Briens into the workplace so that employees can enjoy the freshly made coffee and sandwich experience that O’Briens have become renowned for.
Gyle Centre -
As one of the most successful retail centres in Scotland, the Gyle Centre provides a high profile base for O’Briens in the region.

The centre is conveniently located near to the M8 and Edinburgh by-pass, on the way from the City Centre to the airport and near Edinburgh Park, the flagship office development outside the city centre.
