A comprehensive support portfolio means there is premium back up with property acquisition, store design, pre-opening and ongoing staff recruitment and training, group purchasing, business development, employment law, health and hygiene and other legislative requirements.

There are also the equally crucial elements of sandwich and WRAPPO™ preparation, speciality coffee training and presentation of the office and outside catering platters.

Communications are maintained through regional meetings, weekly phonecalls, postbag newsletters and the annual international conference.
