O’Briens shake up the market, as they unveil their
third generation store concept at their annual conference
in the Mansion House, Dublin, on Saturday 22nd January. Over
500 O’Briens sandwich and coffee makers from all over
the world will descend on Dublin to experience the new store
concept.
The completely functional third generation
store, built in the Mansion House, will be revealed by
Brody Sweeney,
CEO and Founder, O’Briens Irish Sandwich Bar. The
store, complete with the new image, new food offering,
and juice
bar, will allow franchise partners the opportunity to experience
the new concept store first hand.
"Our third generation store, retains our core brand
values of healthy, fresh and made to order, quality customer
service and now introducing more choice for the customer,
as well as more ethical way of doing business. We’ve
created a new look store, and most importantly listened to
our customers and introduced a wider range of made to order
foods, ethically farmed which include our new Coffee containing
a percentage of Fair Trade Beans, organic roast beef, free
range eggs, organic milk and juice bars
"Sales in our first test store in Northern Ireland
have hit the roof since it opened, with the stores extended
offering ready to compete in the highly competitive fast
food, coffee and sandwich market", adds Sweeney.
There is now greater variety in the Tossed Salads and WrappoTM
ranges for spring and summer, with a move in the autumn
and winter towards hot meat, traditional and specialty
soups, plus toasted sandwiches in all shapes and forms.
ToostiesTM are now joined by a little touch of Ireland
in the form of ShambosTM, shamrock-shaped whole meal and
foccacia breads that are delicious hot or cold.
O’Briens,
now an international brand has over 270 stores in 13 countries,
across four continents, Europe,
Asia, Australia,
and Africa.
