The completely functional third generation store, built in the Mansion House, will be revealed by Brody Sweeney, CEO and Founder, O’Briens Irish Sandwich Bar. The store, complete with the new image, new food offering, and juice bar, will allow franchise partners the opportunity to experience the new concept store first hand.

"Our third generation store, retains our core brand values of healthy, fresh and made to order, quality customer service and now introducing more choice for the customer, as well as more ethical way of doing business. We’ve created a new look store, and most importantly listened to our customers and introduced a wider range of made to order foods, ethically farmed which include our new Coffee containing a percentage of Fair Trade Beans, organic roast beef, free range eggs, organic milk and juice bars

"Sales in our first test store in Northern Ireland have hit the roof since it opened, with the stores extended offering ready to compete in the highly competitive fast food, coffee and sandwich market", adds Sweeney.

There is now greater variety in the Tossed Salads and WrappoTM ranges for spring and summer, with a move in the autumn and winter towards hot meat, traditional and specialty soups, plus toasted sandwiches in all shapes and forms. ToostiesTM are now joined by a little touch of Ireland in the form of ShambosTM, shamrock-shaped whole meal and foccacia breads that are delicious hot or cold.

O’Briens, now an international brand has over 270 stores in 13 countries, across four continents, Europe, Asia, Australia, and Africa.
